A man was arrested in lower Manhattan on Wednesday after police pursued him through the Holland Tunnel.
Video shows the man being pulled from a white Mercedes after law enforcement shattered the driver’s side window. Police are seen to have tasers and guns pointed at the vehicle as the unidentified man is taken into custody.
The Mercedes was seen exiting the tunnel that connects lower Manhattan to New Jersey and attempting to evade capture by driving in reverse. Eventually, an Academy bus boxed the car in as authorities approached.
The cause of the chase and arrest were not immediately known.
