LAKE CITY, Mich. (AP) — A northern Michigan judge has dismissed dueling lawsuits between the state Department of Natural Resources and a farmer who was raising exotic hog breeds.
Missaukee County Circuit Judge William Fagerman on Wednesday dropped the suits by the state and Mark Baker.
