The shooter who opened fire at the Fort Lauderdale airport Friday “came here specifically to carry out this horrific attack,” the Federal Bureau of Investigation said Saturday, while not ruling out terrorism as a possible motive.
Esteban Santiago, 26, opened fire in the airport on Friday, killing 5 and injuring at least 8 people. He surrendered to police who now have him custody.
