North Korea is able to produce a miniature nuclear bomb small enough to fit on an intercontinental ballistic missile, assessments from U.S. intelligence services told the Washington Post.

The assessment, completed in July by the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), gives the same conclusions as another one by the Japanese Ministry of Defense released last week that said North Korea can produce miniaturized nuclear bombs.
