Former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon said Republican establishment figures, including Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., and Speaker of the House Paul Ryan, R-Wis., are trying to “nullify the 2016 election.”

“The Republican establishment is trying to nullify the 2016 election,” Bannon said in an interview with CBS’s “60 Minutes” in a clip released Thursday. “That’s a brutal fact we have to face.”
