Hillary Clinton said Monday that the weekend bombings in New York and New Jersey show the U.S. faces a real threat from terrrorism, and argued that she’s the only candidate qualified to address that threat.

“This threat is real, but so is our resolve. Americans will not cower. We will prevail. We will defend our country and we will defeat the evil, twisted ideology of the terrorists,” she told reporters Monday morning.
