One bike could be seen flying into the air, but it is unknown if anyone was injured at the scene.
“There is an ongoing investigation into an incident in Times Square involving a black Taurus sedan,” the New York Police Department tweeted Thursday night. “This auto is NOT an NYPD vehicle. There are currently no complainants. NYPD asks if there is anyone injured, please come forward.”
