A Democratic lawmaker who is a member of the House Intelligence Committee wants the panel to interview cybersecurity expert Matt Tait as part of its probe into Russsian interference in the 2016 elections after Tait said he was recruited to collude with the Russians by a Republican opposition researcher likely tied to Trump’s campaign.

“The House Intelligence Cmte should hear from Matt Tait ASAP,” tweeted Texas Rep. Joaquin Castro, in response to Tait’s late-Friday blog post titled “The Time I Got Recruited to Collude with the Russians.”
