US Army Sniper Course has first female graduate

A soldier in the Montana National Guard made history at Fort Benning, Georgia, by becoming the first woman to graduate the U.S. Army sniper course on Monday.

The unnamed soldier enlisted in the military in December 2020 and participated in the 22-week-long infantry One Station Unit Training at Fort Benning, according to a report.
