LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (Legal Newsline) – Arkansas Attorney General Dustin McDaniel filed a lawsuit on Thursday against a New Jersey-based online advertiser for allegedly trying to convince Arkansas businesses they signed up for a free trial and failed to cancel.
