President Trump has requested that Republican National Committee chairwoman Ronna McDaniel remain at the head of the GOP’s national body for a second term, according to a report.

Trump asked McDaniel to stay after being impressed with her work furthering his “America First” policies and her leadership of the party’s infrastructure, including her efforts to encourage grassroots engagement and contributions from donors, Axios reported Sunday.
