PARIS (AP) — French President Francois Hollande is warning against military pressure in Ukraine and threatening new European sanctions if tensions don’t subside.
Hollande, speaking Thursday with Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk in Paris, also urged the new Kiev government to enshrine the rights of Russian-speaking minorities in Ukraine’s constitution.
