A possible serial killer has been apprehended in Fairfax County, Virginia, after allegedly killing four victims and transporting their bodies in a shopping cart, police said Friday.
The suspect, Anthony Robinson, 35, of Washington, D.C., has been charged with at least two murders so far, Fairfax County Police Chief Kevin Davis said at a press conference on Friday.
