A Bowie home caught fire when it was struck by lightning over the weekend.
Lightning ignited the roof of the house on the 13000 block of Marthas Choice Circle during a thunderstorm at about 7:15 p.m. Sunday, according Prince George’s County fire and emergency services.
The fire department said the blaze caused about $15,000 in damage. No one was injured.
