Sex offender charged in hotel attack

Arlington County Police have arrested a registered sex offender in an abduction and robbery of two women at a hotel.

With the help of Charles County Sheriff’s deputies, police arrested and charged Storme Swann, 49, of LaPlata, with the intent to defile and two counts of robbery.
