Paul Ryan: We’re ‘a nation at war’

House Speaker Paul Ryan applauded the death of a Taliban leader announced on Saturday, but said it is a reminder that the nation is at war.

“This strike is a reminder that we remain a nation at war,” the Wisconsin Republican said in a statement about the confirmed death of Taliban leader Mullah Mohammed Akhtar Mansour.
