TOPEKA, Kan. (Legal Newsline) – Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt recently announced that Dr. Adnan A. Ashkar, an OB/GYN in Leavenworth, was found guilty of Medicaid fraud and must pay more than $12,000 in restitution to the Kansas Medicaid program.
