The House will vote this week on a measure to hold Hillary Clinton’s former computer technician in contempt of Congress, Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy announced Monday.
The vote comes after the House Oversight Committee voted last week along party lines to recommend the House vote on holding Bryan Pagliano in contempt of Congress for refusing to testify about his role in setting up a private server for Clinton, who was serving as Secretary of State at the time. Clinton is now the Democratic presidential nominee.
