PLANO, Texas (AP) — A security contractor has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to defraud a suburban North Texas school district out of millions of dollars.
A U.S. Attorney’s statement issued Tuesday says Carol Ann LaRue has pleaded guilty to one conspiracy count.
