BALTIMORE (AP) — A Baltimore man has pleaded guilty to his role in the robberies of eight convenience stores in three weeks.

Thirty-four-year-old John Robinson pleaded guilty to robbery and using a gun in furtherance of the robbery on Wednesday. He faces 20 years in prison at sentencing Aug. 1.

According to his plea deal, Robinson and a conspirator robbed eight 7-Eleven stores in Baltimore between Dec. 1 and Dec. 18. Prosecutors say the robbers wore masks and demanding money at gunpoint.
