Brooklyn man arrested in hit-and-run fatal

NEW YORK (AP) — A 32-year-old Brooklyn man is dead after he was struck by a hit-and-run driver.

Police responded to the accident in the borough’s Marine Park section just before 3 a.m. Saturday.
