PULASKI, N.Y. (AP) — A 29-year-old upstate New York man has been charged with manslaughter in connection with a vehicle crash that killed his older brother.

Casey Billings, who originally was charged with DWI, also faces an attempted burglary charge as a result of the fatal accident in early May that took the life of 41-year-old Christopher Billings.
