At least a dozen Democratic lawmakers took to Twitter on Friday to call for top White House adviser Jared Kushner’s security clearance to be revoked.

The latest push for taking away Kushner’s security clearance began when Donald Trump Jr. tweeted an email thread on Tuesday disclosing that a Russian government official had reached out to him while on the campaign trail, promising damaging information on Trump’s 2016 election opponent, Hillary Clinton. Trump Jr., along with Kushner, his brother-in-law, and former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort, attended that meeting in June 2016.
