The Illinois Senate passed a measure to repeal the Parental Notification Act, but debate over the abortion notification measure is expected to continue in the House.

On Tuesday night, the Illinois Senate approved the Youth Health and Safety Act by the vote of 32-22, which will repeal the Parental Notification of Abortion Law.
