A naked man was found walking along the George Washington Memorial Parkway this morning, police said.
The man was seen about 6 a.m. between the Arlington Memorial Bridge and Theodore Roosevelt Island. He was taken to a hospital for mental observation, U.S. Park Police spokesman Sgt. Paul Brooks said.
The man was not charged, Brooks said.
