A Penn State University student died after falling down a trash chute more than 11 stories high.
Justine Gross, a 19-year-old former high school cheerleader, died either Nov. 10 or 11 after allegedly being offered a “blunt,” her mother said. She fell from an 11-story apartment building, according to police.
