Officials: Mass. will enforce state health law

BOSTON (AP) — Massachusetts has laid the groundwork for President Barack Obama’s 2010 federal health care overhaul, but officials say that no matter how the Supreme Court rules on the federal law, the state will forge ahead with its efforts to expand coverage to nearly all residents.

The state could still see some fallout, however, if the court rules all or part of the federal law unconstitutional.
