LOS CABOS, Mexico (AP) — Heavy rains brought by Hurricane Norbert prompted evacuations as the storm roared up the coast of Mexico’s Baja California peninsula. Forecasters said the storm may help bring weekend precipitation to the parched U.S. Southwest.
