AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — A member of the House Armed Services committee says the Air Force is making changes after more than a dozen training instructors were investigated for sexual misconduct.

Democratic Rep. Jackie Speier said Tuesday that the Air Force is reducing instructors’ hours. She said Lackland Air Force Base commanders also told her instructors can now be reprimanded simply for swearing at a trainee.
