Have any last-minute exercise goals for 2011? Ring in the new year by running a four-mile race in Fairfax City Saturday night.
The fifth annual Fairfax Four Miler will start at 6 p.m. outside Old Town Hall, winding around George Mason University before finishing back at Old Town Hall. Roads, including University Drive and George Mason Boulevard, will be closed during the run.
The awards ceremony is due to start around 7:30 p.m.
Proceeds from the race go to local charities, including the Fairfax Police Youth Club.
