Halle Berry and her baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry are still locked in a custody battle over their 4-year-old daughter, Nahla.
And according to TMZ, the very important custody evaluation has now been written and submitted to the judge.
The psychologist who is acting as the custody evaluator wrote the report after extensive interviews with Halle, Gabriel, Nahla and others close to the parents.
TMZ has heard from a source that in the report, the evaluator did not question Gabriel’s love for his daughter but does cast doubt on his ability to assume responsibility for the custody and care of the little girl.
And according to the gossip site, the judge will make a decision on their custody arrangement later this month. Halle has told the court that she plans to move to Paris with her daughter, which has made the case a matter of full-time custody only — although visitation rights are still in play.
Gabriel has been opposed to the Oscar-winner’s move to France, but the only opinion that matters now is the judge’s.
