He is often the first to arrive in the office in the morning and the last to leave.
Leonard Ostroff, chief executive officer of Rovion, an Owings Mills web solutions company, said his passion for his work is what drives him.
“I love taking ideas and putting them into practice,” Ostroff said of his firm.
Ostroff heads a company that helps companies, groups and individuals personalize their Web sites.
A key product is Rovion?s InPerson software. It allows users to deliver a personal video message and direct response to viewers of a Web site.
The image dances around the bottom of the screen while not interrupting other computer functions. Its clients includes NASCAR.com, LasVegas.com, Reynolds and Reynolds, Roush Racing, The Miami Heat, Atlantic Records and others.
The company got a major boost when Advertising.com, a subsidiary of America Online, teamed with Rovion to provide the company?s InPerson softare to Advertising.com clients.
Steve Root, chief operating officer for Advertising.com said the InPerson software allows “another layer of interactivity and enhanced visitor engagement to all our publishers and advertisers.”
