INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — The Indiana attorney general’s office estimates about 460,000 state residents could be eligible for refunds from AT&T under the national settlement of a lawsuit over unfair cellphone charges.

Indiana and joined the 49 other states, the Federal Trade Commission and the Federal Communications Commission in reaching the $105 million deal with the company.
