Former employee turns self in for barber shop slaying

A former employee at an Alexandria barber shop has been charged in a shooting that killed one man and wounded another at the business.

Fairfax County police said 44-year-old Hung T. Nguyen, of Annandale, turned himself in at about 11 p.m. Wednesday.
