President Trump on Friday called the Senate “pathetic” for failing to approve his full Cabinet more than a month after he took office.
It is so pathetic that the Dems have still not approved my full Cabinet.

Trump saw two of his nominees confirmed on Thursday: Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson, and Energy Secretary Rick Perry.
That leaves Trump two shy of a full Cabinet. His agriculture secretary nominee, Sonny Perdue, and his labor nominee, Alexander Acosta, are still awaiting confirmation.
Acosta is a late nominee, since his last Labor pick, Andrew Puzder, withdrew after it became clear he didn’t have the votes.
The Senate’s work has also been slowed by Democrats, who have refused to allow faster votes on Trump’s nominees. Given that obstacle, the Senate has often been able to advance and approve just a few nominees each week.
