Babyface performed “America the Beautiful” to begin Super Bowl LVII on Sunday evening.
The singer boasts 12 Grammys. He has also produced and written more than 100 Top 10 hits, as well as 44 No. 1 R&B hits and 16 No. 1 pop hits.
He recently released a new single, “As a Matter of Fact,” his first solo single release in nearly a decade, ahead of the Super Bowl performance.

It’s unclear whether this is the precursor to a new album, to follow his last, which was released in 2015.
Babyface will continue touring with singer-songwriter Anita Baker after the appearance on Feb. 14 in Georgia.
