Biden urges compromise to resolve Ukraine crisis

WASHINGTON (AP) — Vice President Joe Biden is urging Ukraine’s president to accept international support and take immediate steps to resolve the nation’s political crisis.

Biden spoke by phone Tuesday with President Viktor Yanukovych (yah-noo-KOH’-vich). It’s at least the fourth time this year that the two leaders have spoken.
