Some illegals go home, others jailed after raids
Some illegal immigrants arrested in two Manassas construction site raids Monday are being held in Virginia and out-of-state jails, while others have been released with electronic monitoring devices, federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokeswoman Ernestine Fobbs said Wednesday.
