Electronics to be banned in Colorado landfills

DENVER (AP) — Beginning this July, the trash truck won’t be able to haul your dead TV or most other discarded electronics to a Colorado landfill. Residents who put those items at the curb will find a green sticker warning that landfill disposal is prohibited.
