California man charged with threatening to kill Sen. Dianne Feinstein — Sen. A California man who allegedly emailed a death threat to Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., is facing two felony charges, according to a local report.

Craig Steven Shaver, 47, was charged in a Los Angeles court Thursday with one felony count of attempted criminal threats and another on possession of a firearm by a felon, according to the local CBS affiliate, for an emailed threat to the California Democrat.
