Police have made an arrest in the fatal shooting of a cab driver from Prince George’s County. District police on Sunday arrested and charged 20-year-old Rashad Terrell Slye of Southeast Washington for the murder of Domingo Ezirike.
Ezirike, 40, was found shot to death early Saturday morning on the 4300 block of Ponds St. in Northeast Washington near the Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens. Slye has been charged with first degree felony murder while armed. Police spokesman Anthony Clay would not confirm whether robbery was a suspected motive for the shooting.
