Law enforcement officials prevented an explosive device from detonating near the home of liberal billionaire George Soros in Katonah, N.Y., in Westchester County.

The device detected Monday was “proactively detonated” by bomb squad technicians, a law enforcement official told the New York Times. It’s uncertain if Soros was on the premises when the bomb was found.
