WATCH: Michael Irvin breaks internet celebrating Cowboys win

NFL Hall of Famer and three-time Super Bowl champion Michael Irvin broke the internet Tuesday when he joined First Take and celebrated the Dallas Cowboys’ Monday-night win.

Irvin, who played for the Cowboys his whole career in the NFL, was ecstatic about the team’s 23-16 win over the New York Giants.

His booming voice and erratic motions broke the composure of the show’s hosts as he called the performance of the Dallas defense line “finger-licking good” before sucking each of his fingers as if he was finishing the greatest meal of his life.

The Philadelphia Eagles are widely considered to be the best team in the NFL so far this season, but after last night’s performance, Irvin appears to believe the Cowboys can take them when they meet Oct. 16.

“I have been hurting because I have been having to tell the truth about how great Philadelphia look, and they do look great, and I said there is no chance,” Irvin said.

“But, with that finger-licking good pass rush, we do got a chance.”

The Hall of Famer also took a chance to hype up Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb.

“The Bible talks about men like this,” he said. “They call them mighty men of valor. You might mess up, but you will do everything you have to to make your mess up right, and that’s what CeeDee Lamb did last night.”
