NEW YORK (AP) — A Queens man is under arrest on charges he threatened to blow up police precincts in Queens and on Long Island.

Nassau County police say 30-year-old Richard Bolton called 911 on Friday and said he had a bomb strapped to him near 165th Street in Jamaica.
