A woman has been arrested on accusations that she stabbed another woman Tuesday outside a Target store in Bowie .
The incident happened around 9:45 a.m., at the Target store at the shopping center on Martin Luther King Junior Highway. Police found a woman bleeding from the neck. She was taken to a hospital and was listed in serious condition.
Police said they found the suspect near the shopping center and used a Taser to subdue her. Police said they found two knives on the suspect.
