Rand Paul and neighbor had ongoing dispute about yard waste before assault

Sen. Rand Paul, R-KY, and his neighbor who allegedly attacked him on Friday had been in an ongoing dispute regarding yard waste, a new report says.

Rene Boucher shares a property line with Paul in their gated community and the two have been “quibbling” for years over grass clippings and leaves being blown into each others yards, an anonymous neighbor told CNN.
