Hillary Clinton is noticeably more popular in Pennsylvania following the Democratic National Convention, but still has a net negative favorability rating.

A newly released Public Policy Polling survey said 40 percent of Pennsylvanians have a positive view of Clinton, and 53 percent have a negative view, giving her a net -13 favorability rating. But that’s an improvement from June, when she was at -21 (35-56).
