VIDEO: Parties flip on Supreme Court support, poll finds

Americans have done a complete 180 in their support of the Supreme Court.

A new Gallup poll Monday shows voters are split pretty evenly on the job the Supreme Court is doing, with 47 percent approving and 46 percent disapproving. Those are among the lowest approval numbers Gallup has measured.

Here’s where it gets interesting: the Hobby Lobby contraception case has caused support to flip along party lines.

51 percent of Republicans now say they approve of the job the court’s doing, up from just 30 percent in September.

Meanwhile, only 44 percent of Democrats approve of the court, down from a 58 percent approval last year.
