A 15-year-old has been arrested in the rape of a woman in Olney, according to the Montgomery County Police.
Alvick Omenga, of Olney, was arrested Monday and charged as an adult with one count of first-degree rape and one count on attempted robbery in the Aug. 5 attack, police said.
Police said the suspect accosted a 22-year-old female as she was leaving her car, grabbed her around the neck and forced her to another area where he raped her.
Police said they used DNA to confirm Omenga as a suspect and an arrest warrant was issued for the teen.
