NEW YORK (AP) — A tourist from Paris says he felt compelled to pay his respects at the World Trade Center site on the anniversary of the attack.

Frederick (freh-dur-EEK’) Smith says the people who lost loved ones deserve this day to remember. And he wanted to be there as well.
